What is the warranty period?

Our vinyl wrapped door products e.g. Doors, drawer fronts, plinths, pelmets, cornices and end panels are covered by a full 6 year manufacturers warranty.

Can I have a sample door?

Yes, of course, we can provide a 570h x 396w sample door in the Bella range and a 355h x 280w sample in the Zurfiz range, these are all in stock therefore these will be sent within a few days, the cost is £16 including postage but if you then decide to place an order over £300 we will refund the £16 for the sample door.

What are the doors made of and what quality are they?

All Bella door products are 18mm vinyl wrapped MDF. The MDF is the top quality premier grade heavy duty which should not warp or bow, particularly important on large doors. Our premier grade, heavy duty MDF (FINSA Certificate available upon request) is consistent through it’s thickness and therefore will allow all deep routered designs. The Vinyl wrap is known as a pressure vinyl and is usually between 0.3mm and 0.5mm thick.

How durable are vinyl wrapped doors?

All Bella door products are made to withstand the kitchen environment whilst also being suitable for the bedroom. The beauty of their construction is that MDF doesn’t ever warp or bow and the vinyl wrap doesn’t stain or discolour and can be cleaned with most proprietary non-abrasive kitchen cleaners.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged?

All our products are inspected prior to despatch, they are securely packed in custom packaging or on pallets and are unlikely to arrive damaged. However, in that unlikely event please DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY, but you must sign the proof of delivery as ‘DAMAGED PACKAGING’. It is not necessary to open and inspect the goods whilst the delivery driver is present, just the packaging. It will also help us enormously if you photograph the damaged packaging, ideally BEFORE opening, and DO NOT THROW IT AWAY.

If upon opening you find that the products are actually damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt, then please do not worry as any damaged goods will normally be replaced as a fast-track priority.

In the case of the goods having a manufacturing defect you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. In any event a photograph of the damaged/faulty product should be emailed to us. If you unfortunately damage any item during fitting we can supply a replacement using a fast-track process. All doors and end panels have a label attached to the back which can be used for emergency, fast-track replacement. Please photograph this too. It is essential that this label is not removed until the door is completely fitted.

Are damaged goods replaced free of charge?

Yes. Subject to photographic evidence any transit damaged goods, signed for as ‘DAMAGED PACKAGING’ will be replaced free of charge. Any goods with manufacturing problems will also be replaced free of charge.

Can I return the goods if I am not satisfied for any reason?

Yes, certain goods may be returned in accordance with our terms and conditions, which are in full accordance with the distance selling regulations. Please be aware that all of our door and carcass products are made to order for you and cannot be returned.
