Hi Hope you are well? Just been on my bank & have seen that you did a £50 refund against our order, just wanted to say how thankful we are, we didn't expect to still receive that as you were processing the multipurpose rail at the same price as our originally order parts. We will be ordering again in the very near future as my husband who incidentally is a carpenter is creating a island unit for me once the kitchen is fitted. Great customer service, thanks again! Highly recommended Gillian”

Hi Naiomh Just wanted to say a quick "thank you" for the doors, they are now all fitted and we are really pleased with them. The quality is superb and they all arrived in good order and exactly as per our specified custom sizes. The hinges are great quality too, with lots of adjustments to allow a perfect fit. Finally thanks for all your help answering our questions and sorting the refund on the sample, which has now gone through fine. A great job all round, we would certainly highly recommend Alternative Doors to family and friends. Take care Best regards Darren :-”

Hi Naiomh, Just wanted to let you know that the doors and cupboards arrived yesterday and I am now sitting in a lovely new kitchen at a fraction of the cost. Everything fitted perfectly except one door with I measured incorrectly so that was not anything g to do with you or the company. Everyone that has been in can't believe how good it looks and it now seems that my daughter-in-law now wants her kitchen upgraded too, so I will be in at her house shortly to measure up for her. Once again Naiomh thanks again for all your help, for the first class service and my beautiful new kitchen. I love it. Yours sincerely, Helen Lynass”

“
We ordered a complete set of replacement kitchen cupboard doors from Alternative Doors, they were made and dispatched in good time and we found them to be of really good quality. One of the doors was smaller than required, entirely our fault for measuring incorrectly, and we found the customer care to be superb as well. We would definitely recommend this company and we would certainly use them again. ME and BJ Burton. UK”

To all at Alternative Doors. I would just like to express my sincere thanks to you and your Team for providing a quality product and customer service. Especially Naiomh Morgan, who has kept us updated all through the order process (and was even available on the weekend, which I was pleasently surprised) We ordered five doors as replacements for our tired wardrobe. We had already redecorated and Alternative Doors, provided the finishing touch, High-Gloss Cream doors. One of the doors was damaged in transit. But this was no trouble to the Team, who quickly provided a replacement, as per the required measurements, without any fuss. Thanks again all, you have really made such a difference to our master bedroom. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thanks and regards Rich Bristol”
